Hi there,
Have you checked in your PHP.ini and made sure it's loaded there? What does your php.info page say?
Also, might be worth checking which PHP version is being loaded for your website.
Thats a common error!!

Have you enable Ioncube as the cPanel PHP Loader in whm tweak settings. follow the instructions in the installation documentation:
