phpmyAdmin error 1142

I can not create a table via phpAdmin with my mySQL credentials. (error 1142 - the create command is forbidden to the user ***)
So I can not import a database and therefore can not go back to an earlier version of my database. how can i solve this error? please help.

table creation, is possible via phpmyadmin tool. However, this type of message may be related to a quota overflow on your database, for example a table with a size larger than 100MB. This quota is set up on most of shared hosting plans. I suggest you to contact the technical department so that a technician carries out a more in-depth analysis on that.

You can grant the permission to the user if you have root access to MySQL.
